I dont usually do this, but I have to put in my opinion. I just finished the TSC Heart of a Champion Program last week and I can't say enough good things about it. If you're looking at this page looking to get into shape, tired of the same old workout routine (like i was), or if you want to improve your life overall, you have to check it out. We are all put on the Earth for a purpose and to be our best. The program helps put your body into a good state, and also transforms your thinking into wanting the best life possible. All it really takes is some hard work and dedication. An added bonus, CK has gotten back to every one of my emails. Where does he get the time for all of this? and he has even introduced me to his next program. I cant wait to start it on monday.

The Best FItness Program for Women

I completed The TSC Heart of a Champion Program on May 8th! I feel great, and I look better than I've ever looked. My waist has gone from 30.5 inches to 28 inches. My TSC 300 Challenge score has gone from 18 to 214. I'm faster, stronger and, I feel fitter and stronger than I've ever before. I want to thank Chris Krueger for developing the Heart of a Champion Program and sharing it with the world. Not only has it allowed me to transform physically, but I feel tougher mentally too. So many times on the run, I've felt like slowing down, but instead I've pushed myself to keep going, to run that much faster so I can knock even a couple of seconds off my time. I've started to love being physically active; I'm walking to work, running up the stairs to my floor of the hospital I work at instead of taking the elavator. I'm eating better and drinking more water. These days I have the healthiest cart of everyone in line when I buy groceries!

I'm taking this as just the beginning. I know I can still be fitter and more athletic. I've continued the workouts since completing week 10 - I won't want to stop now! I'm going to continue to watch Chris Krueger's videos and follow his philosophy. It's so basic, yet so real, it cuts through all the excuses, all the crap and most importantly it works!

I want to tell Chris to keep doing what he does, the world needs it!

All the best
Amy

TSC Heart of a Champion Review

Hi Chris,

My ten weeks is up :) I'm in the best shape I've ever been and I can't thank you enough for passing this knowledge on and helping me achieve this. It's amazing how the little differences start to change so much and then become a big differences, and you find yourself whole different totally transformed and better human being at the end of it.

I started at 210 pounds and my waist size was 41" at the navel, I'm now at 188 pounds and my waist size 33" at the navel.

Best Regards,

David

Amy is making it happen in the UK

I've got to Week 2 of the programme and I'm feeling awesome. I've been sore since pretty much every day since I started, but I tell myself that this is what it takes for my muscles to get stronger and for me to get fitter. I've never done a fitness programme or any kind of diet before. I've never really been in great shape before either. What I like about the Heart of a Champion Programme is it's simple and makes sense. The exercises are basic and effective and the nutrition programme isn't a fad diet, but something you can use to change the way you eat forever. I'm so much more aware of what I'm eating and what I should be eating. And the great thing about a prescribed programme is that it keeps me accountable. I feel guilty if I think about missing a day because I'm too tired or too busy, which is a bogus excuse anyway, because I can easily rustle up 30-40 minutes in the day to do my TSC workout.

I also find inspired to change my life for the better in other ways - to be more organised, more productive, more positive, to use my time better. And any time I feel a bit de-motivated, I watch one of your YouTube videos and it gets my mind back onto the right track.

I'm excited about what the next few weeks of this programme have in store. I feel excited about pushing myself to improve and seeing what I'm capable of doing.

Thank you for your ongoing inspiration.

Best wishes
Amy
