Bigger Forearms Better Grip Strength

For almost nothing you can make your own wrist roller and improve your gripe strength for all your sports and activities.

Good video!

Shaolin Monks do a similar drill with a longer bar.

Instead of holding it out in front they get into "Horse Riding Stance" (basically a wide, squat to parallel)while standing on top of two chairs and place the bar on their thighs.

Doing this allows them to work with much heavier weights.
