Nice dude, I've been doing your program for just under 5 weeks now, I've lost 20 pounds. From 208 to 188 today. I can't describe how much it's made my life improve. I've got 2 kids, and it's the holidays, and still making time. Thanks for your motivation, it really came down to that 70 day video you posted on youtube.
