Hardgainer How to Gain Weight

Hey CK, first I just wanted to say that your videos really inspired me to get in shape. I have a question though that's kind of the opposite of your gaining weight; after around the 4th week I've somehow stopped LOSING weight. I haven't slacked off doing exercises at all, and in fact I've gotten stronger and increased my endurance, but I'm NOT losing weight!

I doubt that it's the result of muscle development; I mean I'm running off a calorie deficit (even though I've rev'ed up my protein intake) and I still have quite a bit of fat on me, so I don't know what's going on. I'm also increasing the difficulty of my workouts, but it doesn't seem to be helping me lose the weight? Is it just water retention? After 3 weeks of regular exercising and eating healthy I would think the weight loss would be consistent =(

Also I've been using your 70 day transformation as a guideline for my progress, and I can't wait to get to the 6th week where you start to see your abs! I'm starting to see some of it and it's nearing the end of week 4! However my belly still seems fat, at least fatter than yours during your 4th week, so I'm kind of worried I'm falling behind with this and the lack of weight loss :(

Anyways love your Transformation Truth videos! Real inspiring! Looking forward to a response from you!

Jefferson,
Keep crushing the program. You might want to switch up your nutrition profile or add some new bonus activities that you haven't tried yet. Walks, Hikes, soccer, basketball are all great activities to help you reach your goal.

Best,
CK.

chris, how tall are you and how much do you weigh? i want to gain lean muscle mass, but i don't want to get bulky like lots of body builders. i think your body is just perfect.

what would you suggest as the target lean mass for a 5'10' guy like myself?
