New Year's Resolutions: Make it Happen in 2012

Time for some serious New Year's Resolutions. Decide on 2 or 3 things that you really want to change and improve. Create quantifiable goals and a plan to achieve them.
Examples:

1. School: Get straight A's. Finish all assignments early. Attend all classes and take thorough notes each time. Proof read, double check and seek your teachers/profs advice on how to improve all papers and projects before they are due. Do additional study and review for every class every night, Sunday-Thursday.

2. Social Confidence: Become more approachable and make more friends. Make eye contact and smile. Introduce yourself to 3 or more new people every day. Take pride in offering a firm and sincere handshake to everyone that you meet. Make plans/organize 3 or more events for you and your friends to enjoy every month.

3. Health & Fitness. Look my best, feel my best, be my best. Crush the TSC Heart of a Champion Program with a 100% adherence rating. Join the Champion Circle each week with bonus activities that I enjoy. Increase my 300 Challenge score by 15 or more points each week.

Make 2012 your best year ever.

I dont usually do this, but I have to put in my opinion. I just finished the TSC Heart of a Champion Program last week and I can't say enough good things about it. If you're looking at this page looking to get into shape, tired of the same old workout routine (like i was), or if you want to improve your life overall, you have to check it out. We are all put on the Earth for a purpose and to be our best. The program helps put your body into a good state, and also transforms your thinking into wanting the best life possible. All it really takes is some hard work and dedication. An added bonus, CK has gotten back to every one of my emails. Where does he get the time for all of this? and he has even introduced me to his next program. I cant wait to start it on monday.

The Best FItness Program for Women

I completed The TSC Heart of a Champion Program on May 8th! I feel great, and I look better than I've ever looked. My waist has gone from 30.5 inches to 28 inches. My TSC 300 Challenge score has gone from 18 to 214. I'm faster, stronger and, I feel fitter and stronger than I've ever before. I want to thank Chris Krueger for developing the Heart of a Champion Program and sharing it with the world. Not only has it allowed me to transform physically, but I feel tougher mentally too. So many times on the run, I've felt like slowing down, but instead I've pushed myself to keep going, to run that much faster so I can knock even a couple of seconds off my time. I've started to love being physically active; I'm walking to work, running up the stairs to my floor of the hospital I work at instead of taking the elavator. I'm eating better and drinking more water. These days I have the healthiest cart of everyone in line when I buy groceries!

I'm taking this as just the beginning. I know I can still be fitter and more athletic. I've continued the workouts since completing week 10 - I won't want to stop now! I'm going to continue to watch Chris Krueger's videos and follow his philosophy. It's so basic, yet so real, it cuts through all the excuses, all the crap and most importantly it works!

I want to tell Chris to keep doing what he does, the world needs it!

All the best
Amy
